Returns Policy
We are dedicated to ensuring that you get the products that you have ordered
in the best possible condition. However, if your products don't arrive in an
acceptable condition, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange a replacement.
We will replace any products that were faulty or damaged during the manufacturing
process or damaged due to our handling. We will also assist you in making a
claim using our postal insurance if your product is damaged during transportation.
7 days cooling off period
We also provide a 7 day cooling off period during which you can return non-faulty
products to us for a refund of the purchase price (but not postage). Products
must be returned in the original undamaged packaging, thank you.
